I am Canadian Citizen, my sister is coming to visit next month. She is fully vaccinated. Does she need written authorization from IRCC to enter Canada?

No. To be considered fully vaccinated she must have been vaccinated with one of the 4 vaccines approved in Canada

She's taken AstraZeneca. I was worried about the written authorization, I am glad she does not need it. Thank you so much!
