WP Extension processing time

Hi All,

Has anybody filed his/her WP extension in Toronto online recently? I want to know about the processing time it is currently taking to get the WP renewed for the same employer?
My WP extension request got filed today.

As per the CIC website, it says 36 business days but that seems to be a standard number and not the current one.

My application was approved in 36 days. But estimated processing time was 24 days when I applied.

No.. 36 days for the approval.

Ohh you meant 36 Calendar Days.. Then that is more encouraging YAY!!!

So, if my WP extension was filed on 31st March.. so I can expect it to get renewed in 2nd week of May.

Yeah. Took 34 days for me in total. Processing time at that time was about 28 days. I applied online.
