Hi,

I received by PR card in 2012. on my last trip to asia, the immigration officer did mention that I look a different from the pic on the PR card since I have lost around 30 lbs and cut my hair really short now.

is it possible to get a PR reissued with a latest photo. if yes
1) do I have to send in my PR card along with my application
2) is there a charge to this process

I tried to look online for some sort of info but couldn't find any. I even tried calling the 1-888 number but its just automated voice that repeats says to check the website

any advise on this would be much appreciated

You will have to pay $50 for a new card. Here's the website:
