Hello, I'm a young woman hoping to migrate to Canada by 2013. I've been search through websites for the past week for a Forum of others who are in the same boat as me. I do have family in Ontario, quite a bit of family who are citizens, but I just need some advice on looking for work and migrating. If anyone could offer me any on this forum that would be great. I am new, so I don't know how the forum runs yet lol. Thanks x

1. The first place you should look is www.cic.gc.ca You have to see if you qualify first for Immigration. To apply as a skilled worker, you require 67 points, and you must have 1 years experience in the list of "29" in the past 10 years. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list Or you must have an approved employment opinion from HRSDC stating that the employer will hire you once you become a PR.
2. There are other paths, such CEC where you have worked in Canada in a skilled job for 2 years.
