Would I qualify in the preferred areas of training?

I see on the 2009 list of preferred training that Business Administration (Bach-3 yrs) is on the list under foreign degrees. My question is this. I got my Bachelors of Business Administration in Dec 2004, and Masters of Business Administration in 2009. Would I still qualify even though Bachelors was more than 5 years ago? or would they accept the Masters although it did not specify that level?

Thanks for the response Really, although I'm not feeling very confident about it. In my AOR letter, the embassy said a decision will be made within 10 months and they did not say anything about preferred training They probably would not be too happy if I asked them...
