My question is would i get Student Visa undergraduate under spp..? My IELTS score overall is 6 bands but got 5.5 in two of the sub- section ..... plzz reply

SPP has been long gone. It is now replaced by SDS program. For SDS program you need overall 6.0 band score with 6.0 score in each sub section. So, unfortunately you will not be eligible for SDS.

You have to file in general processing. You can see the requirements on the canada.ca website

why not improve your IELTS score instead of taking a risk?.English language skills is an essential part of your profile.Please improve your score don't take things so lightly.
