I applied in FSTC with NOC 9232 and I also got my Certificate of Qualification in this trade in April, 2014 from Ontario College of Trades, Toronto, Canada. I need to know the worth of Certificate of Qualification as compare to job offer to get PR. Please help me Thanks.

i have applied for trade equivalency assessement to collegeoftrades.com,they have costed me CD$226/- still waiting for results,
can it be used as certificate of qualification for applying to skilled worker trade from india.
