I am already a permanent resident of Canada, came here a month back. And now I am considering studying business-accounting program at Mohawk college.
But, I find a lot of information that I will face difficulty finding a job in accounting field after finishing college. And now I am thinking is it worth it?
I do know that having a University Degree is always better. But, what are my options lets say after I graduate from College?
Could I get any kind of job in related field with that Diploma?
Would I be able to get my college diploma first and then continue studies in University part-time?
I will be glad if you guys could share your thoughts and experience! This forum is my savior!

I worked different jobs in the past starting from Housekeeping and going to clothing retail store manager. But last 5 years I worked as English language translator. I have bachelor diploma in Philology, English language translator.
I studied financial services part-time for 2 years back home in Ukraine when I was in high school, but I quit my studies which I regret now... and would like to do something in relating to business, finance or accounting. The sad part in all this I am 31 already...
