Worrying about eta with arrested record

hi guys, i had ever been arrested when i was studying in canada in 2010, i went to the court and ended up with discharged, no conviction and no criminal records. After i graduated, i got my 3 yrs work permit. And i just signed marriage documents with my wife on september last year in canada and applied PR since Jan 2017. We decided to take pre-wedding photos in Korea, so we made a trip. I applied eta on fed 16th, and i left canada the next day with my wife. I was honest that i said yes on the session " have you ever been arrested in any countries", but i didn't get my eta yet, it has been almost 2 months already. I have submmitted web forms several times and i received auto-replying emails noticed my file is "under way", but nothing has been changed. I am so worry now because my wedding is holding on coming july and i couldn't get the eta yet. (P.S. my work permit was expired on nov 2016 and then i applied and got a visitor permit allowed me staying in canada before my work permit expired, and i applied the PR, so i have never illegally stayed in canada. Also, i got my visitor permit extended to nov 2018 during this trip. it is a little complicated.) I would like to know how long will i need to wait for my eta and am i likely to get my eta because they approved my visitor permit extension plus i am waiting for my PR. Also, is there something i can do to help me getting the eta. Please help me :'(

ETA can take significantly longer (a few months) if someone has an arrest record. There's unfortunately nothing you can do to speed it up. I would have all of the court disposition records and any other paperwork related to the charge ready in case they ask you to submit it.
