I'm gonna be marrying my sweet heart next summer (she's a Canadian) and is going to sponsor me for Permanant Residence (I'm American)
2 years ago in 2009 I got a Speeding Ticket for going 80 MPH in a 40 MPH zone (64 KMH over the limit) I'm worried that this will be seen as Dangorous Driving and make me Inadmissible. I've already crossed the border to visit her once already with no problem, and when I got the ticket, I was 17. Should I have anything to worry about?
i wouldnt worry to much about it...you were young and a new driver...if they ask just write a brief paragraph explaining you were in your teen years...made stupid mistake..im sure they wont refuse you because of this...exscpecially since u already crossed the border
as long as you had a clean backround afte your first offence
Man, canadians who get a speeding ticket go to jail for 10 years...you are out of luck
ahah, kidding....to speed can happen to anyone. If you didn't harm or kill anyone while speeding, just pay your ticket and move on. You do not have a criminal case because of this.

I believe dangerous driving is a criminal offence, in the UK at least, but if you were not convicted of that charge and you just received a fine & fixed penalty notice (speeding ticket) then you have no criminal record and as such, nothing to worry about as far as criminal inadmissibility is concerned.
Good luck with your wedding, application and subsequent immigration!
