Working under Implied Status - Can I apply for CEC PR ?

I've worked at my current job for 10 months - this past month I've worked under "implied status" as my work permit extension gets processed.

If I end up working for another 2 months under implied status (if my extension still hasn't been processed), am I eligible to apply for Permanent Residence under the Canadian Experience Class, or would that 12 months experience in my current position not count because I worked under "implied status" for 3 of those 12 months?

It will be counted as CIC allows you to work legally on Implied status
