Hello! I have been given permission by my company (a US-based company) to work remotely from elsewhere in the world. Since I have a few friends who are currently residing in Canada, I would like to visit them, but also work for my company while I am visiting and traveling with them in Canada. This could be up to 6 months, or less if I was provided a less amount of time by the immigration officer at point of entry.
Would a visitor visa be sufficient, or would I need a work permit?
