Hi Guys,

I need some guidance on my situation.

1. I am currently on h1b in us. I have my i140 approved in us and my priority date is 2014.
2. I just received my pr from Canada and in the meantime my company has also opened an office in Canada.

my question is can I get transferred to Canada office and still maintain my h1b status?

can I keep coming to us once every month on h1b stamped visa for business purposes?

for maintaining 1 year outside of us where should I get paid in us office or Canada office?
