Working in Canada - Some Queries

Hello Guys,

I am Mansoor from Pune, India. I have been reading lots of stuffs, videos related to Express Entry to Canada.
I am digital marketer with over 10 years of vast experience and want to work in Canada.

Need to know few things from experts in this forum.

Should I first search for the job and then initiate PR process? OR
Initiate PR Process then start finding a job?

I am completely new to this as I haven't worked in any abroad country. Nor I have anyone who is working in Canada to get help. I can go to any agent here but need your valuable suggestion.

You should apply for PR first and get PR approved - then look for a job.

You should assume it will not be possible to secure a job offer until you have PR.

Can you confirm that Canada PR has validity of 5 Years? What I am thinking is get the PR done and then search for the job since I will be having enough time after PR completed to get job.

How job hunting works in Canada? any resources on this
