i m currently holding one year working holiday work permit
And now my company is giving me good offer to ask me stay working for them.
My permit only have 4 months left what can I do if I would like to keep working in Canada?

Your company needs to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit. It can take a number of months to obtain an LMIA - so your company should start the process as soon as possible.
