I am from Germany living in Australia. I would like to apply for a working holiday visa, Can I include my partner in the application? My partner is from Pakistan and I don't think she is eligible for the working holiday visa but wondering if she could accompany me?

1. Assuming she is a Pakistanii citizen, she would require a TRV, no guarantee that she would get it though, she has to qualify on her own, accompanying a person on a IEC is not sufficient.

Thanks for that. Do you know how strict immigration is with regards to issuing a visa to partners from Pakistan if I apply for a student visa? Does she need to apply separately too or I could include her in student application?

By partner you mean you are able to show proof of a common law relationship or married.

Common law partner. Been living together for 4 years now.
