Hi there,
I am a New Zealand citizen and have just arrived in Canada. I have applied for Working Holiday visa which entitles me to work anywhere in Canada for one year.
I work in IT and most of the jobs are based in Alberta region. Now my question is can I apply for AINP having a skilled job in NOC A list while still being on Working Holiday visa? Is there a time restriction before i can apply for AINP? Also does my employer need to produce anykind of documentation?

Check out the requirements on the Alberta govt website for the PNP program, they should have a list of what an employer should provide for your application. If you have a permanent job and your employer can prove they are having trouble filling it then your application should sail through. I came in on a WHV as well, was fortunate to get a job almost on arrival and have PR a year later. Good luck!
