Hi to everyone!

I'm currently in Canada with a WHV with my Spanish passport, my visa expires on January 2020 but I have double citizenship so I was wondering when can I apply for the other WHV (Portuguese passport). Have I to wait some months (because if I would like to apply for the Young professional visa with my spanish passport I have to wait 3 months since my whv expires), can I do it before it expires? At the same moment it expires?

What options do I have to stay here without leaving the country and no having enough points yet for the express entry?
