Hello, My name is Eros and I applied for a WHV to Canada to follow my beloved patner. Sadly my visa get refused becouse my Italian passport allowd me to get the visa only if I request that from Italy but at the moment I m living and working in New Zealand. There is any chance to get the visa from here ?

No - there's no chance. You cannot qualify for an IEC as an Italian while living in New Zealand. It's a requirement that you be living in Italy at the time you apply.
