I am UK citizen, if i enter canada before my visa arrives, will they let me in on a tourist visa and how do i exit and enter the country to activate my working holiday visa once it arrives? From vancouver can i just enter the states and come back into canada to activate my visa?

2. You go to the nearest land border crossing and "flagpole"
