I am currently in Canada on working holiday visa and it expires in Oct.
I am applying for Common law sponsorship and open work permit as well soon. Do I need to apply to change to Visitor visa from Working holiday first? I read somewhere that if I apply for Open work permit/common law slonsorship I don't have to do anything but it automaticaly give me a visitor visa. Is that true? I would appteciate ant information.
And do I need to get notary's signature on my paperwork for the open eork permit/common law?
