I'm an international student in my 3rd year of finance BBA. In my internship, the company offered me to sponsor me to work full time and and do school part time. Since I haven't graduated yet I don't know what it takes to apply for a work visa. Please assist.

If you had CO-OP as per your course curriculum it would have been mentioned in your LOA and you would have got the required work permit with the student permit at the port of entry. I had got my student permit as well as work permit back in 2017 because Co-op was a requirement for my course.

I have a co-op work permit. Employer wants me to be a permanent employee and go to school part time to complete the rest of my degree. IS this possible? and do I have to apply for a work permit?
