Hi,

I am currently working full-time on an IEC permit and I want to start studying full-time for a masters degree that is 100% online from The Netherlands.
Will I be able to claim points for Canadian Work Experience and points for the master degree?

Canadian work experience can be claimed of course, provided you are working on a valid work permit, legally.

Your master's will depend on the ECA assessment. I am doubtful an online program will be evaluated as a Canadian Master program.
