Working from home in Canada (UK citizen)

Hi guys,

I just wanted to check this out to see if I'm okay. Renting a small apartment in whistler for the ski season, and I shouldn't need a specific visa since I'm from the UK.

I work remotely using the internet. According to the Canadian Government: "long distance (by telephone or internet) work done by a temporary resident whose employer is outside Canada and who is remunerated from outside Canada;"

So, this will be fine, right?
