My past work experience for 3 years, doesn't have any bank documents.
I have only been paid on cash ,does my work experience will be valid.
if I have experience certificate from company letterhead but not from bank as an salary statement
Will that be sufficiently as proof of experience with reference letter only?

Mandatory document is an employment letter signed and on letterhead that outlines your responsibilities, time worked, hours and salary. what is required is on the express entry website.
A job offer, then employer needs an approved LMIA to prove no Canadian can do the job (takes months) and then if approve, you apply for a closed work permit. Whole process can take 6-12 months. Without work authorizatio, It is almost impossible so look at immigration through express entry.
Your chances of securing a job offer are close to zero. Look for other ways to increase your score. For example, your language test scores are very low. Take the test again and increase your results. Also you have to get your education officially assessed.
How can you submit an express entry profile without an education assessment? What is your CRS? You will not get a job offer so focus on express entry. Improve your language score.
