Working docs concerns

Hi all, I have received NOI three days ago. On the instruction there is a sentcne as
"If a supporting document is not in English or French, you must provide a copy of the document and a complete, certified translation of the document. "
My working docs have English translation below the original language and with the official seals. It would be really difficult to have these docs notarized in 2 weeks, can the original copies be accepted?
