I am working permanently in a Canadian consulting company as SAP consultant. I have to go outside of Canada for different projects in different countries (length from 2 weeks to 4 months) to complete these projects. The days which I spend outside of Canada for my work assignment, will they consider as I am in Canada for my citizenship requirement to spent 4 years in Canada out of 6 years before apply to citizenship.

In certain cases the days you work outside of Canada can be counted towards the permanent residency obligation - however they cannot be counted towards citizenship. For citizenship, you need physical presence in Canada.

To add to scylla post, the only time you can claim days outside Canada towards citizenship is if you are employed by federal government. Ie canadian forces, diplomat, etc.
