Hi,
I have a question If anyone can help.
I have a valid worker visa W1 for my passport and am currently outside Canada. Now, I'm planning to travel back for study (less than 6 months) but am not sure if I can use this visa to immigrate. Do they require a S1 for visa in this case or is it good as long as it's valid?
thanks
Ok so let me get this right. U have a work visa but u did not apply for study permit? If thats the case then on u cannot study on a work permit. When u go to the POE they will ask u documents supporting ur work in canada. To be able to study u need a letter of acceptance meaning u should have applied for a study permit
I left canada with my worker visa still valid until 2019. I dont have a job in canada atm so I cant support anything related
Right now, I applied for a study program less than 6 months, so I dont think I need to apply for study permit. Yes, I have the letter of acceptance.
My doubt is if a worker visa W1 and letter from the school would suffice on entry. thanks
