Hello everyone,

I had a spouse's work permit while my wife was studying. She finished her studies, and due to covid delays, her PGWP was received after my 1st WP expired.
I changed my status to visitor.
Now she has her PGWP, and I'm applying again for a Spouse Work Permit.

In 5710e, question 3.

Should I check these options?

*Apply for a work permit with the same employer.
*Restore my status as a worker.
