Hi Everyone,
I completed my co-op work term on May 4 and that was the end of my program. But my company extended my co-op work term until August 31 and I applied my PGWP on May 10( I didn't know that I can't work before applying PGWP). I won't be considering that time for my work experience but would it be a problem for me, as i worked without authorization?
Thanks

When did you graduate or receive written notice of completion from your institution?
It could be problem. Certainly don't claim the unauthorized experience. But you should probably write a letter of explanation, admit to your mistake and ask for forgiveness and promise that you will never to it again.
Thank you for your reply.

May 4 was the last day of my semester.

This letter goes along with the PR application?
Thanks

That is not what I asked. When did you receive written notice of completion, or when did you officially graduate?

That was the idea, yes.
I received written notice on May 7th.
Thanks

It's not a problem to work while waiting for PGWP.
