work visa for the uk

Im from the Uk, currently im living in Canada with my boyfriend, he is 33, and i plan to move back to the uk at some point. What is the best way for him to apply for a visa, is he too old?where can we get the best help and advice from for this?

Hi, the recent changes hav made so difficult to obtain a work visa in uk. there is a cap for the immigrants. Again if you try and look through the shortage occupation list which was modified recently in the UKBA site it would help you
