Work permit

This is related to my work permit ,actually i applied for my work permit in 2023 but got rejected because i uploaded the wrong document mistakenly and the worst part was the rejection came after the visa expired so i have to leave the work and everything. Then i went to immigration agent he applied for the work permit in december 2023 and that too got rejected because after january the fee increased the agent couldn't pay on time because he told me that he didn't get the mail on time that there was glitch in IRRC system and the payment sue was like only for few days and there was no any mail regarding the payment and because of that it got rejected but the thing is the agent didn't tell me this all thing untill i called IRRC that why my file is taking time that i applied in december they told me that your visa was rejected and that you have applied again then i came to know that the agent applied again in march without telling me all this and that too got rejected then again we applied for the for restoration visa for that i am waiting for the results.

It's hard for any of us to say since we don't know exactly when you fell out of status.

It sounds like you have a really bad agent. Hire an immigration lawyer and have them look through what has been submitted so that you understand your situation.

I would also assume the OP has likely been out of status for quite a while at this point. May also not longer qualify to apply for a WP from within Canada except perhaps VOWP.
