I completed my 2 year diploma program as a full time student. After thet i had to take one semester (5th) to complete one subject because i drop one subject in my 4th semester. I completed my 5th semester as a part time student. After that i have complete another semester (6th ) to complete my graduation and increase my overall GPA. it is a part time semester as well. After this semester my graduation will be complete. My question is in this situation, is there any effect on my WORK PERMIT application?

There is a high chance your PGWP will be refused since you had two part time semesters.

Then you had two part time semesters to complete your program. Only one part time semester is allowed. Again, the chances are very high the PGWP will be refused because you unfortunately don't meet the requirements. However also some small chance you could get lucky and be approved.

Yes, this could certainly help. Technically you are only supposed to be part time in your very last semester. So you could still be refused. But you should do whatever you can to avoid being part time in two semesters.

But i came to know after i completed my last semester as part time student that i have to take additional course in order to increase my GPA. I didn't know at that point. I thought this would be my last semester.

Unfortunately it doesn't really matter why it happened.

I suggest that you submit a letter of explanation so the Visa officer knows why you had to take an extra semester

Yes so i will make this semester a full to avoid being taking two consecutive part time semesters and when i apply for my PGWP i will attach explanation of this situation then
