hi, my case is little different... i had post graduate work permit till november 2014...after that my employer applied for LMIA and basis of that LMIA file number i applied for extension of work permit...which i got from 20th january, 2015- 4th april, 2015...because my passport was getting expired on 4th april,2015 so i got wp till date... now situation is that my LMIA got rejected last month and i was waiting for new passport.i got my passport today only but now i cant apply on LMIA...my AINP file is in process...now on what basis i can apply for wp??....
