I got a job offer from a Canadian embloyer but they want me to get the work permit first before discussing further options. They suggested Student Work Abroad Program or SWAP but I am not a student but a full time worker in Finland and my age does not fit into those frames. Which work permit should I apply and how? Thanks in advance

If you don't qualify for the student work abroad program, then you will have to apply for a regular work visa. In order to apply for a work visa, your employer must first obtain an approved LMO (labour market opinion). More information here:

If your employer isn't willing to apply for an LMO, then unfortunately you're out of luck.
