My husband’s cousin got an approved LMIA and decided to have my husband as nanny to their 1 year old daughter.
We just got my husbands application decision yesterday and apparently it was denied to the following reason:
1. The officer was not satisfied that he will leave canada based on:
- purpose of visit
- current employment
2. The officer is not satisfied that the offer pf employment is genuine.
My husband got his diploma for a caregiving course and passed the tesda caregiving exam and currently hired as regular permanent in Philippine Red Cross.
Question:
1. Do we have to submit bank statement and other proof of properties to prove that my husband will return home after his work?
2. How can we prove that the employers offer is genuine? (We submitted all the necessary requirements).

Did he reapply? My sister's visa got refused too. Her LMIA is expiring this February. Her letter says they think she will not leave Canada after the contract because of her financial stability, employment situation and limited employment prospects in her country

She is working in a call center company. We did not submit any financial assets because she was not asked too. We wanted to have an idea what to add to our application to support her application

I believed working as contract worker in canada doesn’t need financial asset, it is the employer need to show his/her capability to hire a worker/nanny .
