hi there can some one help me
i applied last year work permit visa application under approved LMO as a Sales Representatives - Wholesale Trade (Non-Technical
there was job duties wrong on job contract as a truck driver clerical mistake. is there any way i send new job letter with correct duties
my question VO reconsider new job letter ? or can i go for appeal against clerical mistake in job letter

You can apply again with correct duties if the LMO is still valid. If the LMO is no longer valid, you will need to obtain a new LMO.

There's nothing for you to appeal since the error wasn't on CIC's side.

my employer already send new job letter with letter of explanation that was clerical mistake to CHC islamabad
they waiting for reply from VO
what you think they got reply ?
