I am currently under work permit of Company A which is under a parent company B. If company B intends to take me in their roles, can I use the existing work permit or do they need to apply for a new work permit.
 
If you have closed WP, it is suggested you obtain a new WP (not your employer, you are the one that is responsible for WP). If your position requires an LMO, your ER could have it planned and done before.
