Work Permit Transfer

Hello, I need some information about Work Permit Transfer.

I am currently on a work permit in Canada for 1.5 yrs. I got an offer from a different company and they even have an LMO ready. Now, How do I apply for a Work Permit transfer? I have see applications for Work Permit made outside Canada but I dint find any applications to file Inside Canada.

Also, can someone guide me in how to apply for Work Permit online?

The apply online link in that page routes to a different page where it asks you what are u applying for if you are already in canada.
The 3 options I get are
1. Work Permit Extension
2. Apply if your Work permit expires in 90 days
3. Apply if your Work permit expired less than 90 days ago.

Which one should I select after filling out the documentation.
