I received my ANIP certificate right after I sent my paper application of work permit to the CIC in Feb 27th 2015.

I had called CIC call center agent through the number 1-888-242-2100, and the agent had marked the certificate number under my client ID.

However, I received the letter said I did not attached the Copy of certificate of AINP, so that the officer was not satisfied the open work permit application.

Would you tell me what should I do now?

Since my work permit has already expired and I am under implied status since Feb 28th 2015.

Can I appeal the judgement?

Also Does anyone know how long it takes to restoration the worker status?

Cheers,

Harry

You have to apply to restore your status as a worker this time and you won't be under implied status anymore as your original work permit application has been refused.

Also, we can't appeal the judgment for Temporary Resident applications.

I suggest to apply for your work permit again. This time you have to pay $200 to restore your status and $155 for WP application.
