Work Permit post MBA

Hi,
I am applying to a course which is accelerated MBA. It has 4 month virtual foundation course + 12 month core course making total of 16 month & 4 semesters course. However if I land in canada after my foundation course has already started how will my work permit length be decided?
Will I get work permit simply on the basis of my 16 month course length or the process differs.

Are you sure you qualify for PGWP if there is a 4 month virtual component? Is the virtual component due to Covid?

No, its in the structure. At any time the course is 4 month foundation (virtual) + 12 months

What school has this timetable? Is the foundation course to show that you are able to continue with a full MBA program? You may be eligible for the 12 months but the virtual may not be eligible.

Virtual classes shouldn’t count towards OGWP. Have you checked to see if the program qualifies for PGWP? What school?
