Work permit PNP Nominated

Hi Everyone,

If My work permit approves by IRCC based on PNP (work offer) nomination, Is there any time frame in which I have to start my work with my employer?? Please advise.

Since my kids’ study are running, I am not able to start job next 6 months, does it fine if I start my work after six months?

Well doesn’t your employer need you in canada, if you have a job offer and don’t come? What are the PNP requirements since every province is different.
