I want to know, when my study is complete and receive a Post Graduate Work Permit, for more 3 yrs, what will happen to my spouse as well as dependent child? Will he also get a open work permit for 3 years? or a close work permit? or nothing? May he apply for study permit? :'(
Do I need to have a job letter first to get the PGWP? During my study, how I can show my Job letter? What If I can't manage any Job?
If my Study Area falls into the job category for NOC 0, A, B then may we both get work permit? Please, me help me with advice how we can stay after study with my Spouse and baby for more 3 yrs????

If you have completed at least a two year diploma program, you will get a three year work permit. You don't need a job offer letter to get your PGWP.
For your spouse and child, you have two options:
1- If you were able to secure a job in either a NOC 0, A or B job, you can apply for your spouse for an open work permit the same time you apply for yourself and for a visitor record for your child.
2- If you are unable to secure a job as stated above, you can apply for your spouse and child for a visitor record the same time you apply for your PGWP so they can maintain a legal status. However, this way your spouse will be unable to work until you secure a NOC 0, A, or B job. Once you do, your spouse can then apply on his own for an open work permit. What did you study? And when are you graduating?
