Its been around 5weeks I got approval of my post grad work permit (PGWP) thats 22 July 2022. I have not received my hard copy yet. Its lost as IRCC send it to my old address although I changed my address way before I got the approval. My approval letter got my new address on it but it never came. I am badly in need of the document but unable to reach IRCC through phn call. What should I do now? Should I have to wait 6weeks to report it as lost? But how do i let them know after 6weeks? Do they even read the webforms?
