Hi there,

I received a 3 year work permit after I graduated this year. I'm currently residing in the US, but CIC mailed the permit to my last Canadian address. The permit was sent through regular Canada Post - it never arrived. I re-applied for it, and my friend forwarded it through registered mail, but it was misdelivered (again!) and USPS (US Postal Service) cannot locate it.

Can I re-apply for a third time? And maybe submit a copy of the USPS investigation on the lost mail?
