I am an international student having 2 year study visa, i completed my one year program in last june at ontario, and enrolled in 2nd program in BC also completed my one semester, but now i got a good job offer. I want to pursue the job rather thn studies, can i still apply for work permit on the behalf of last graduated program?
No - it's too late for you to apply for a post graduate work permit based on your last program. To qualify, you had to apply within 90 days of finishing your program - so it's too late. If you want to work for an employer full time now, that employer will have to give you a full time job offer and also obtain an approved LMIA. You will then have to apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.
