I am currently under Implied status . I had applied for PNP Ontario Masters and would be getting it soon. My question is
1o I have to apply for new work permit with the support letter ? If this is the case , is there "Implied status on Implied status" so that I dont lose my status as worker.
2:Or Can I add PNP documents to the already sent WP application assuming that PNP comes before CIC gets to my application ?
There is not much information on the CIC website about this and I need your guidance on this .
I think there is implied status for PNP applicants. I remember reading it somewhere. That was the main draw in favor of PNP over FSWP. Hopefully some forum senior will validate this soon.
I stand corrected. There's no implied status unless you apply for a Bridging Open Work Permit. Once you have that, you'll be eligible to work in any Canadian company for 1 year while you wait for a decision.
