Work Permit - How to apply for kids

I am applying for work permit under AIPP me being primary applicant. I am going to process my wife as Open Work Permit. Can anybody suggest what is the best way to process my kids, they are below 14 and would go for studies.

Do they need study permit? can go without it or any other options available.

This is urgent, please guide.

They will need a TRV. Would first start with trying to get AIPP. It is not always easy to find an employer.

Thanks for your response!.
In my case I have an employer, valid job offer and endorsement received already, about to submit Work Permit.
So, your suggesting to apply as TRV for both my kids right?

Yes. Sometimes CIC decides they want a study permit but you should be fine with TRVs.
