Work Permit from My Own Company

I am a UK resident currently in Quebec on a closed work permit, valid till May 2013. I am also a Director and 50% owner of a small Canadian company, HQ in Quebec, which I established with my sister (a Canadian citizen) in 2010. Can this company apply for a LMO and work permit for me as an employee, even though I am a Director and part owner of that same company?
