i am indian citizen currently working in dubai...
can i apply my (work Permit)file online from india while working here?..or i have to apply from my current residence(dubai)?
I was asking this because processing time is very long in dubai(23weeks) as compare to india(6weeks)?
You can apply from India. The rule is that you can apply from your country of citizenship (India) or your country of current legal residence (Dubai). So you can choose between the two.

You'll have to check with VFS in India.
You'll be required to give your biometrics, and also you'll have to send them your passport for the visa stamping at some point, so I'm not sure if you can do all that while you stay in Dubai.
